Square Team App Schedule and Timecards Missing

Went to the app today, only to discover the schedules, current and previous, completely wiped out from the app including time cards. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it, updated it… no resolution. Very concerned on how well this app will maintain this crucial business data… please help.

I completely understand how concerning it is to open the app and see all your schedules and timecards missing.

First, here are a few steps you can try right away:

Make sure your app is fully updated to the latest version.
Double-check that you’re signed in with the correct Square account. Sometimes switching accounts can make it look like your data is missing.
Try logging in from a web browser. If your schedules and timecards show up there, it may just be an app sync issue.
Restart your device and reopen the app.

Can you let me know if you have tried checking on the web browser as well? Is the data missing there too? I'll be on the lookout for your reply.
