can not get free staffing version to work

I tried to start the Free version of staffing, but when I attempt to set up a schedule it continually returns me to set up the plus version.

Is there no free version any longer?

How many employees do you have? The free version is only for up to 5 employees>

Hi @jandjwoodables - you should be able to downgrade to the Free plan once your Plus free tiral ends so long as you have 5 or less team members, including yourself.

Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing? Looking at your account, you should see the ability to start a free trial as soon as you navigate into Shifts.

Same issue here. I every time I select a link within Shifts - "schedule", "clock in/out", etc. All I get is the "Manage your Team's Time" splash page for Square Shifts Plus. Do I have to Select "Start Free Trial" just to get it to work? Then downgrade?

Hi everyone - we offer all sellers the opportunity to start a free trial of Shifts Plus, but if you have less than 5 team members when the trial ends you are able to downgrade to Shifts Free if you desire.

If you are unable to start a trial at all, please let me know so we can investigate further.

So we have to use the free trial before the free one? Will it automatically downgrade yes or do we have to remember to do it before the trial end date?!
