Retail Sales Commission System with Square for Multiple Locations and Roles?

Hey Square Community 👋
We're currently trying to grow and improve our retail clothing business.

We want to implement an effective commission system for our retail workers and operation workers to boost sales and encourage more active participation in the sales process.

Our goal is a fair commission structure for all customer purchases, considering our team's diverse roles and multiple locations:

Retail Location #1:
- 3 Square Registers, about 3 active customer service staff, and 1 operations/inventory person who occasionally helps with sales.
Retail Location #2:
- 2 Square Registers, about 2 active customer service staff, and 1 operations/inventory person who occasionally helps with sales.
Inventory/Storage Location:
- 1 person managing merchandise sorting for all locations, with the future goal of processing online sales here. We're planning on having more staff here in the future

If possible, we're looking for a system that includes:

A baseline commission percentage for all employees across all locations
1. We think it's important that the commission also includes Team Roles related in the Operation side of the business. Their work and efforts make it possible to get products to customers.
An additional, higher commission percentage for dedicated customer service roles for each individual sale they process.
1. Recognize the effort for the customer service work
A method to accurately attribute sales to all workers involved in a single transaction, especially when multiple team members contribute to a sale.
1. We want to be sure that all of the people involved get compensated fairly for their role in closing the sale

How can leverage Square's Commission features to effectively implement a commission system like this?

Any suggestions on commission structures, Square integration tips, or best practices for retail businesses with varying roles and multiple locations would be greatly appreciated.
