      <title>Unable to update any information to get started with payroll. "Something went wrong...."</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to sign up for the square payroll free trial. It won't let me update any information on my account. Every time I get, "Something went wrong. Please try again." So I called and spoke with a gentleman that told me to clear my browsing history and that would fix everything. Did it and it didn't fix the issue. Called again and spoke to a very helpful female. She updated the information on her end as we went. It looked like everything was resolved so I let her off the phone. Went to update the tax section and got the same error message. Called back. Unfortunately, I got the same gentleman who again told me I had to clear my browsing history (again) and re-log into square. Did it and it didn't work. I asked if he could just do what the female had done. No, he's not allowed to do that. He told me next I need to find a NEW browser and download it. He thinks google chrome is the issue. I said no, I want you to just do what the last rep did. Can't do that. I'm ashamed to say, I hung up on him out of frustration. Hours and phone calls later, I still can't update basic information. Does this have something to do with the fact that I've had square for 5+ years? Can you have an old square account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry if this is a duplicate. I tried to post this and it prompted me to create a sign in so it could post. After creating a sign-in, my original question/thread seems to be gone. So frustrated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
