&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out! If your staff member has her own Square account and is also added as a team member on your Square account, she’ll need to switch to your business location in order to view your calendar. She can do this by signing in to the Square Dashboard or Square Appointments app, then selecting the business name at the top of the screen and choosing your business or location from the list. Once she’s switched to your account, she should be able to see your calendar as long as she has the appropriate Appointments and Calendar permissions enabled. If she’s unable to view the calendar after switching, please double-check that she’s been added as a team member on your account and that her role allows access to appointments and the calendar.
