How do prior employees (employees who have been deactivated from Square Payroll) access their W2s?

@brezelpower If they still have their Square Team App credentials, they can access it there. Deactivating a team member won't affect their ability to sign in and retrieve historical information about their time of employment with you. If they don't still have access to that, you'll have to download/print it from your web dashboard and send it to them somehow.
