Hi! How do employees access their W2 2024 through square payroll? Dues square send out emails to them letting them know it’s available?

Hey there @CMCM. I’m not sure if you use the Square Team App to handle schedules and such. But, if you do, then employees can access their W2s on that app and they should have already received a notification it was ready. If they don’t, you’ll need to go to your online dashboard and print them for distribution or email them to employees who don’t have them yet.

We do use that and our employees still can’t access it. Very disappointed. I thought they would receive notices. They didn’t. Neither did I as an employee and owner. Did your employees?

Hello @CMCM !

All your employees should have received an email with instructions on how to download the W2s from the Square site.

If you chose not to have them delivered electronically, it would be up to you to distribute them, and I believe only you would have received a "W2s are ready" alert either on the notifications section of the dashboard or via email.

All your employees have a login with their email/password on the square site. Have your team go to the site

squareup . com / login

and use their login credentials there. They will see a download link for their W2s once they've logged in.
