&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you have two options based on your current setup:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1. Use a single Team Permissions set&lt;/STRONG&gt; and apply the same permissions to all your staff members. This means everyone will have the same access level, including checkout access.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Upgrade your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/8309-manage-square-subscriptions" target="_self"&gt;Square plan&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; to unlock advanced Team Permissions. This will allow you to customise permissions individually for each team member, so you can give them exactly the access they need.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since you only need your new team members to use the checkout right now, using a single team permission set applied to all users might be the quickest solution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I’m a new user.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could someone offer some help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have added two new team members to take sales. How is it they can not see my checkout from the app, I’ve changed permissions. I now see (upgrade for advanced settings by each team member). &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;At this point I only need them to use the checkout.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance, if anyone has a solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
