    <description>&lt;P&gt;It can be a few things...the most common is that their email address that they have given you has been used before with Square. &amp;nbsp;They will need a new email address to move forward. &amp;nbsp;The next issue...it can actually be a bug on Square side. &amp;nbsp;Contact customer support and explain the issue...they can connect to your dashboard and see if its a looked over mistake or submit a ticket for additional help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope I helped a little &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>New hire account not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new and trying to set up employees. I have added all of their info and permissions and sent invitations but when they try to create an account it just says "unknown error occurred"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
