Minnesota Unemployment Insurance Program ask me to pay 250$ late fees.

I get the Notice from Minnesota Unemployment Insurance that I didn't submitted wage detail for Quarter 2. I have to pay 250 late fees and it will be double next month. I authorized square payroll to serve as my agent to the Minnesota Unemployment Insurance Program which is effectived on 05/09/2025. What is going on with square? I sent the letter and I don't get any reply after 24 hours.
