How do I find an Employees time off request history?

I cant seem to find a location to see what time off an employee has requested off.

@Toadhollar Currently there is no such report I am aware of. I totally agree with you that this is a much needed report, however. I have a possible work-around that will require some effort on your part, but at least it will yield the desired results. But first, as I always do, I strongly suggesting you submit a feature request here, and even that you include in that request that you’d love to beta test this feature when it is ready to be tested. Also, if you submit your request, copy the URL of the page that shows success and share it here. I’ll be sure to add my upvote to it!

Now, to a possible work around for now. If you go to Shifts -> Schedule -> Shifts, you can click on the “All team members” dropdown and ONLY select the team member you are interested in. Then, starting with the current week, click back one at a time to see previous weeks. The time off requests you approved will show up as such, and you can make a list of those for your records. Hopefully, you’re only looking for a short period of time, say within the current payroll year or something.

That will at least answer your question for now.

Oh, and one more thing. Whenever you get a new time off request, remember to look for the note that Square includes telling you how many of these you’ve approved this year. That’s always a great flag for me to do the steps I’ve noted above.
