If you accepted the terms and completed the purchase using installments at that point they can run a hard credit inquiry. I have had an account for years now. I rarely use this processing system. Maybe at most 1x a year literally. Any ideas? Ive called customer support and they say they show no activity of trying to apply for credit, so why would you need to pull my credit then?
