Do you put EXEMPT OR NOT EXEMPT for WA paid family and medical leave if you have less than 50 employees and did NOT opt-in for employer premium?

In the Tax Info section, click Edit next to your state tax account information and check the box next to WA Paid Family and Medical Leave which states “I have less than 50 employees and did not opt into paying the employer portion of Paid Family and Medical Leave Premiums.”
