    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/255265"&gt;@kumonofbeacon&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;As long as those employee aren’t receiving paychecks, there is no charge for them by Next. &amp;nbsp;I have one inactive employee this year and while they still show as someone who was covered in the past, there has been no billing for them since I have pay-as-you-go and they did not receive a paycheck since I deactivated them. &amp;nbsp;Anyway, if for some reason this is not the case with you, it sounds like a Next error since they show inactive in your Square dashboard. &amp;nbsp;For these errors, Next would have to investigate and fix this issue for you, since they do the actual billing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I logged into Next/AP Intego today to change my billing info and was shocked to see that I'm still being billed Workers' Comp/Disability for employees that I've deactivated in Square payroll. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. Why do employees not get deactivated from insurance when they're no longer working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
