Contractor Commission for 1 Appointment Calendar

I have contractors that get a 3% commission on service appointments and sales, but we only use one calendar to make appointments because schedules vary. How do I set up checkout to select the contractor who serviced the client so they can receive commission?

Hi @activatedripspa. You have to either:

Have the contractor sign into the POS and checkout under their number, or
Keep a list of numbers handy and whoever checks out the appointment will have to sign into the POS using their code to complete the checkout.

Those are the only two options available, as far as I know.

Would each person need to log into the square terminal with their email and password or is there a way to login with the same code as the timeclock?

they use the same code. You might need to adjust their permissions but most likely what they have is fine if you used the defaults when you created their team record
