    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/619296"&gt;@strikezonems&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;First, you’ll need to go into your dashboard and set up Team Permissions (Dashboard -&amp;gt; Team -&amp;gt; Permissions). &amp;nbsp;I have two employee-level permission sets in my shop — one for Team Leaders (who are allowed to 86 items and modifiers) and the other for everyone else. &amp;nbsp;To enable 86ing, just turn on Item permissions. Once set up, you can assign each employee to the appropriate role and everything will be good to go. &amp;nbsp;Note that this does require a Square Team Plus subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly, there is no notification or log that is created or maintained as items are made available/unavailable. &amp;nbsp;If having permissions locked down to the people you trust is not enough for you/your shop, I’d recommend that you &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Feature-Requests/ct-p/Beta-Feature-Requests" target="_self"&gt;submit a feature request here&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Pick &lt;STRONG&gt;one&lt;/STRONG&gt; Team (POS or Teams or whatever) to submit the request to. &amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Don’t submit it more than once&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &amp;nbsp;And be sure to clearly make your case why you need more protection than what is already available via Team Permissions. &amp;nbsp;Someone will review your request and let you know their decision.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to only allow certain team members to mark items as unavailable? And/or also get notified when something is marked as unavailable as well as who 86'd that item&lt;/P&gt;</description>
