We recommend using a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, when accessing your dashboard. Next, you'll want to make sure that any browser extensions that might block pop ups are turned off. It's also a good idea to clear your cache - here's how:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;On your computer, open Chrome.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;At the top right, click More .&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click More tools. Clear browsing data.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click Clear data.&lt;/LI&gt;
