Why does Workday not show up on my phone or app?

I can’t get into my employees shifts unless I go to the actual squareup website and login to my dashboard. My phone app says I have the scheduler “add on” already but I can’t get into it unless I’m NOT on my iPhone AND on the web address versus app.

@OblivionCoffee I think right now the online dashboard is the only place to edit schedules. The teams app lets your employees manager their time cards and data. The screen shots of the teams add on in the point of sale seem to indicate you can edit them, but I don't think it actually does anything. Reminds me of online mobile games. I use my PC for all my shifts editing as the ipad just isn't as fast as I can do something with a mouse and keyboard.
