Is there a way to set up commissions based off of service vs retail

I want to pay employees 50% of the services they provide but if they sell any retail items I want them to get 15% of the product they sold as well but I also don't want anyone to get commission off the lash trays I sell because those are mostly ordered online and then paid when picked up

Yes! Follow these steps:

Navigate to your team https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/team/team-members
Click the team member you want to honor the 50% service and 15% retail commissions for
Scroll to the bottom of the column that pops out
Click "Edit" to the right of "Job and compensation", then update the respective numbers
