Migrating Square Payroll to another account

I am purchasing a small frozen yogurt shop with 8-10 employees and an existing Square POS system and Square Payroll. Upon completing the purchase of the business, the current owner is going to reset the POS Hardware so that I can then Register the hardware to my Square Account.

I've sorted out the migration of Loyalty Points and Gift Cards by searching this forum.

However, I've not seen any information on whether the current owner can Export employee data so that I can Import that data into my account. Is this possible?

Right now, employee data can't be imported between Square accounts, so you'd have to add your employees manually. I understand that it's one more thing on your to-do list when taking over the business, so I'll pass your feedback onto our team for consideration - I can see how handy it would be to just import the team across as well.
