https://community.squareup.com/t5/Staff-Payroll/how-can-I-delete-an-employee-information/m-p/708411#M1164 <P><a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/416680">@PRob</a>&nbsp;I am not positive there is a way to fully delete an employees info seeing as you should keep record of them for some time after their employment for your own book keeping and HR and tax info and such, but I do know you are able to deactivate an employee so they stop showing up as active and stop receiving alerts and things of that sort.
