If you tell the person what you want it to look like at the end but do not interfere with &lt;EM&gt;how&lt;/EM&gt; they get there, they can be 1099.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The IRS has pretty firm rules for w2 versus 1099; while we can't give any advise I do know most employees fall under w2. As I have a shop n NY State we are required to offer sick time; our sick time accrues 1 hour for every 30 hour worked (which I believe is state mandated).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We do have a benefit plan but it is $$$ ($1,000 a month for single) and we offer profit sharing 401k.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Great advice- I sorta understood it as similar… like the person that makes my social media content- she gets a list of what we need on the macro but we give her no instruction and she does it on her own time… same with our PR person…&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
