    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/657485"&gt;@Drockton&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;When it comes to banking account information, I would check that first and make sure the account and routing numbers are correct.&amp;nbsp; The only person that can change banking information is the account owner.&amp;nbsp; NEVER EVER EVER share this with any employee or they could divert funds before you realize it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That being said, once money is gone, it has to be sent back by the other institution, if it was truly a closed account it would get rejected and come back.&amp;nbsp; I would be suspicious until you have verification.&amp;nbsp; I would have the employee sit down and call the bank in question and see what they say.&amp;nbsp; If she refuses to do this with you, I would really assess the situation and take appropriate action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The instant transfer should only send it to the registered bank account and never another account.&amp;nbsp; Also check your registered account owner e-mail address, you should have gotten an e-mail on a change like that.&amp;nbsp; She could have changed it..did the transfer...and changed it back to try to avoid detection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When someone says they "believe" it was a closed bank account, that is a red flag.&amp;nbsp; I know every account I have and if it was closed why would she have the account and routing number so readily available but can't remember the status?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;The manual verification process can take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).       <title>Accidental/possible theft direct deposit.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was going through my transactions earlier &amp;amp; noticed a new employee had somehow sent herself a direct deposit instead of using instant transfer to cash out the profits of the day. It was about 2 weeks ago. I’ve spoke with her and she believes it was a closed bank account. She was honest &amp;amp; says she has not had any access to the funds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there any way to reverse this? What are my options?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
