Seems Square is having some system issues today - see this site for details. Sorry, cannot speak for any issues that you are experiencing as sometimes one system issue has other affects which may not seem to be related to what you are experiencing - hopefully when the annotated issues are resolved, your issue will be fixed too. That's just a best guess of course as the Community is not the same as Tech Support or Customer Service.

When system issues pop up - you may want to check this Site - Square is having some problems today. As the Community is not the same as Tech Support or Customer Support, we can only provide a link for one to check out for system type issues.
