Penalty from state for missing W2 info

I received a penalty from the state (WI) because Square filed W2's with the state that were incomplete. I'm assuming they were then re-filed with the correct information but it was after Jan 31st deadline.

Is Square going to re-imburse me for this fee? I should be compensated as it was their oversight.
