New and can’t access payment

I’m brand new and took my first payment but can’t find t anywhere and definitely can’t withdraw it.

super frustrated, I signed up and didn’t so I could get the payment quickly and get the account moving forward and it’s been the opposite.

payment we for 3k, through self pay link, first transaction, 1 AM Saturday morning EST.

the client is sure that the payment went through and I have seen that we took the payment but I can’t find the payment again in my square accojnt

Since I see this is your first post welcome to the Square Community Forum.

Now as for your issue since I do not know which device you use for taking payments (Cell, Tablet, Stand etc).

You can go to your Square Dashboard on a Computer. Link --> : https://squareup.com/dashboard/

Choose Transactions in the Left column.... when that page opens in the Top Left change the Date to the Date(s) of the Transaction payment you would like to see. You can even choose the Month if you like. This should then show your transaction.

You also need to setup your payments to go to your Bank or Squares Debit card to get your funds. If you do your own bank most transaction should be there the next day or in your case on a Monday since it was over the weekend.
