Cannot Deactivate Account

I have attempted several times to deactivate my account using the Account/Business/Deactivate option, and I can't seem to get the account deactivated. I get this error:

The organization this was tied to has been closed, as has the bank account. I need this to be closed immediately because we've already had one person follow an old link and try to donate, and I had to refund that donation, which cost ME money.

None of those worked. I already use Chrome, I keep it up to date, and I cleared my cache. I received the same error.
