      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have been faithful customers since 02/12/2019&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Account ID: 119635737&lt;BR /&gt;Account Name: SoCal TTC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Order Date: Feb 12, 2019&lt;BR /&gt;Order Number: 696[Redacted]29031&lt;BR /&gt;Order Date: Jan 11, 2020&lt;BR /&gt;Order Number: 63[Redacted]082084&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The transaction in question was:&lt;BR /&gt;Order Date: Jan 2, 2024&lt;BR /&gt;Order Number: 6643454[Redacted]&lt;BR /&gt;Account ID: 119635737&lt;BR /&gt;Account Name: SoCal TTC&lt;BR /&gt;Paid by:&amp;nbsp; Courtney Vlugt&lt;BR /&gt;Visa ending in 4083&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I got the message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your account has been deactivated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The chargeback for your Custom Domain subscription was not resolved and your Weebly account has been deactivated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To reactivate your account, please contact Customer Support or your Account Manager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to reactivate the account or update the password nothing works.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please reactivate the account so that I can fix the website?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello SoCalTTC,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Community members do understand frustration however, you need to resolve this issue with Customer Support.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, issues of this nature cannot be fixed here - the Community is pretty good at answering and/or assisting with Square business concerns but, the folks here cannot resolve account issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
