So my account has been in pending status all week. Said it's being reviewed but no reason as to why, I can't get a customer code because I updated my number, and every time I call they say it's outside business hours, they have 800 of my hard earned money tied up. Has this happen to anyone else been using square over a year through massage book and I'm so mad right now

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with your account and the funds being locked. I understand how frustrating it must be, especially with the added complications of updating your number and reaching support.

Same issue here Square took the money from the customer safer security reasons they’ve locked my account. I can’t refund the customer of the full amount without me paying for the fees. They won’t transfer my money. They say it’ll take days or who knows when to be resolved meanwhile I can’t fulfill my customer orders. The service here is terrible
