I immediately acted to retrieve my funds.</P><P>Prior to 2022, I made multiple attempts to recover these funds and was consistently told the matter would be reviewed, but no resolution or follow-up was ever provided. After repeated failures and personal hardship in 2022, I stopped pursuing it, believing it was a lost cause.</P><P>After receiving this notice, I resumed efforts:</P><UL><LI>3/2/26: Spoke with Marvin; told I would receive follow-up. No response.</LI><LI>3/18/26: Began working with Michael S. (Square Account Services). I submitted the requested documentation and was told my case (#116456077) would be resolved within 2 business days.</LI><LI>3/19/26: I was instructed to remove all CBD-related content from my Square account and social media.</LI><LI>3/20/26: I fully complied by confirming no website and deactivating Facebook and Instagram accounts.</LI><LI>3/26/26: Sent follow-up requesting an update.</LI><LI>3/26/26 (later): Sent an additional follow-up.</LI></UL><P>Since fully complying with their requests, I have received no response whatsoever.</P><P>Block, Inc. has failed to communicate, failed to follow through on their stated resolution timeline, and failed to release funds they acknowledge are mine.
