    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/745163"&gt;@Cpz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about your going through a potential deactivation.&amp;nbsp; Since this is account specific and a public forum without access to your account there really isn't much.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I know I have seen threads like this before in the past pop up every now and again when the system seems to flag something in ones account.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully someone will reach out to you.&amp;nbsp; I would give it a couple more days and try to call them again and ask if there is any further information that you can provide.&amp;nbsp; Sorry I can't be of any better help.&amp;nbsp; Best of luck and hopefully you get a positive response soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Pending deactivation notice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are a small law firm , and received a notification that we are "pending deactivation" specifically citing Section 3 of General Terms and Payment Terms. We have reviewed these extensively and haven't broken any of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've chatted multiple times with customer service who responds that they will escalate the issue and contact us with 24-48 hours, but we have yet to be contacted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
