I am trying to renew my domain but it will not accept payment, receiving message that it can not extend when I ry to make a payment

The community volunteers here can assist with the use of Square's Apps and Hardware as there is a ton of hands-on experience here however, there are some issues that can only be resolved via Customer Support. (The community members don't have access to user accounts but, both Tech and Customer Support do.) You may want to reach out to Customer Support through your Square Account.

I am also having this problem - I enter all my credit card info and/or enter an old card and/or use paypal and it won't renew - just a "Cannot extend this service." HELP!

I have been having the same issue for over 5 years, everytime I have to renew my domain I need to contact weebly so they can manually enter my card details. They have no idea how to fix this problem. I am actually facing the issue again 😬
