    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi RaeofSunshine,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Account issues can be a challenge for sure.&amp;nbsp; What the volunteer Community Members here cannot do is look at User Account Setups - most of us are small business owners with a bit of hands-on experience using Square's Apps and Hardware but, we cannot assist with User Account challenges - you need to have someone from Customer Support do that as they can review your Account Setup and hopefully resolve your issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Passwords, passcodes and getting my cash problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to get my funds. I deactivated my debit card. Couldn't find it. When I try to order a new debit card the app errors out on sending a code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also tried to link my checking account and it says the password is incorrect. I just updated the password so I know its correct but the app is using a passcode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some troubleshooting steps our Customer Success Advocates utilize to address your email questions may require them to log into your dashboard. If you do not wish a Customer Success Advocate to log into your dashboard, please let us know as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
