The Seller Community is a place for people who use Square to run businesses to troubleshoot, exchange tips on running a business, and connect.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With that being said, I'm happy to still provide you with some general info regarding refunds. There is no need to "claim" a refund, as the refund is sent automatically to your original payment card. Since you are still unable to locate these funds after 21 days, &lt;STRONG&gt;you are welcome to file a dispute with your card-issuing bank for the original transaction&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Once a dispute has been filed, we can pursue this issue further.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have paid to someone via Square up. Seller claims that the square up already initiated my refund. But it's been 3 months it's not reflected in my bank. How can I directly email to square to know the status of refund?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
