Instant Transfers not working

I've been with Square for about 3 years. Never had a problem until today.

I wanted to Instant Transfer about $75. It says - Unable to complete.

I checked all my settings, nothing wrong there. My card is good.

Any tips or help?

I did get it working again. Tok a few hours.
