    <description>&lt;P&gt;My account has been verified the last thing remaining in the "set up" is to accept payment. However, both on my desktop and terminal, there is a message that appears each time stating "Not Activated!" Card processing is not enabled for your account..." Need help to solve this problem! I am unable to access the application again to change any information. When I tried to deactivate to try to start from the beginning the message states that I am unable to even deactivate as the request has been declined!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
