I do custom sugar cookies, being able to send an receive photos would make Square messages usable. I currently have to reach out to leads outside of the form so I can get an idea of what they're looking for and its frustrating and causes messages to not be near as useful as it could be with the ability to send images.

It also isn't clear to my prospective customers that they can't send photos when communicating in messages and I have to ask them to send them a different way.
