I do understand how helpful a feature like this would be. We do have &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/6731-get-started-with-square-assistant-on-appointments" target="_self"&gt;Square Assitant&lt;/A&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;but that will only respond in cases of the customer asking to reschedule or cancel their appointment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our product team will track this request and if there are any updates we will let you know here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Automated text messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be amazing to have an automated text message -so when clients text you for an appointment - an automatic message is sent to say i have received the message and to allow 24 hours for response- or something like that. Facebook business suite and emails allows it and I have seen other businesses do that when I text them. It just gives the clients a better heads up if I’m away or busy or etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
