Great question, @NBStudio!

At this time, Square Appointments only sends email and SMS notifications for upcoming booked appointments. I agree that having a reminder for incomplete bookings would be a fantastic feature! I think this would be a great feature to have though!

While this isn’t available right now, I encourage you to visit our Ideate board. Check if there's an existing feature request and add your comments to support it, detailing how it would positively impact your business. If there isn’t one, feel free to create a new feature request and invite other Sellers to share their support.

We consider several factors for feature requests, including Seller interest and our development pipeline. By sharing your suggestion or creating a new request, you empower other Sellers to support it with their votes and comments, highlighting the demand for this feature to our Product team. You can read more about this process and the feature request life cycle here.

Sorry I couldn’t be of more help here. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out. 😊

For example If a client goes to book a service and they get distracted with something and forget to click confirm. Will square send them a notification of “hey you forgot to complete your booking”to complete a service booking?
