GST on Gift Cards Loading Service Charge

Where did the invoice for the GST fee on the gift card loading fee go?

I found the fees and deductions report that shows the gift card loading fees but that does not show the GST charged to me.

In April (for example) I could download a Tax Invoice that showed the gift card load fee and the GST charged.

Now (for July) the Tax Invoice shows the card processing fees but not the gift card loaded fees.

Where do I find the report that shows the GST we were charged?

Hi @MonicasAttic thanks for reaching out and flagging this. I’d like to look into it further and get it resolved.

Could you clarify which reporting you’re referring to in the screenshots above? Is it the sales summary report?
