Is there any development in the roadmap to roll out tier based loyalty in the UK.

As I understand it, this facility is already active in the US, from looking at threads on their seller forums.

We've just moved to Square and many of our loyalty members are gutted to lose their tiers with enhanced earning abilities!

Loyalty Tiers are on the way but I don't have a timeline to share unfortunately.

We know it's a popular request and as soon as there any updates I'll let you know here!

Is there any update on loyalty tier rollout for UK customers? The lack of this function is putting us at a disadvantage to our competitors.

There isn't going to be, hence the lack of replies. Also they recently made a huge amount of their workforce redundant so don't expect many updates to come.

I'm planning on a move to Lightspeed, they offer much better processing rates, I've used them before and there software is great, less buggy than Square.

I moved to Square for Loyalty and Marketing integrations, but both are poor when you want to do anything other than the very basics. Therefore I'm looking at a Lightspeed K Series with a Leat Integration. My total monthlies, taking into accont subscriptions and card fees will be roughly the same if not slightly cheaper than my current solution with Square.
