Facebook link o dashboard to setup Facebook shop doesn't work

when I press the 'connect to Facebook' button to connect my Facebook and instagram account to make a shop it doesn't do anything but stay on the same page. any ideas how to make it work?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting your website to Facebook and Instagram. Which browser, and device are you using when trying to go through this step?

Thank you for the additional detail, @ssv!

Are any pop-up, or ad-blockers enabled on your browser? The integration between Square and Facebook will open a new tab so you can select which Facebook account / page you'd like to connect to.

Let us know if you can test this on any other browsers as well.

Hi Arie,

I have gone through the process of connecting fb but nothing has changed on the square site. It still says ‘connect facebook account’

i have not been directed to the channels part where it is suppose to be ‘under review’ or ‘approved’

any idea how I can get the Facebook and Instagram integration complete so I can manage my fb shop and Insta shop from square?
