We are issuing Gift Cards to our customers as a Store Credit.

Whilst I know that the customer is emailed a Gift Card number, why is it not possible to be able to view the gift card balance in the "Buyer Summary " on the top right corner on the Square Point of sale and for us to be able to resend the egift card number to the customer directly from there.

Hi @Ram04,

Thanks for writing back in! You can check giftcard balances in the app by following these steps:

From the Checkout screen, tap Gift Cards > Check Balance.
Enter the eGift Card Number and tap Continue.
The balance will be displayed here.

To resend an eGift Card, you'd have to sign in to your Square Online dashboard > Gift Cards > select the gift card you'd like to resend and hit resend.
