I purchased some rocks off facebook from a seller but obviously he is a fraud. I need to get my money back as he wont give a tracking number or respond now. I used my square debit card for the transaction

Thanks for your message.

As a merchant processing facility we're not able to process refunds on behalf of our merchants, however if you think you may have been defrauded please talk to your bank about initiating a chargeback! As a cardholder you're entitled to do this if you feel you've been defrauded, however you'll need to contact your bank to start this process.
