Impossible to verify identity documents

we were asked to verify the identity of the other associate in the business but on that verification page it just takes ages to upload a small document it’s just not working. I’ve tried with different browsers they all are up to date, cache emptied, connection is working perfectly with anything else. I’ve even tried with a 10kb document to see what happens and it’s just not working nothing gets uploaded.
in the meantime I’ve got money being suspended until I can do that, thanks.

If you've not already, please try completing this form via Chrome or Firefox web browsers by signing into your Square account from a computer or laptop. I have heard some folks have difficulty getting it to work on Safari, Internet Explorer, or from mobile devices.
