Become a Reseller for Square products

Hi there,

I have 400 customers and around half of them, I could sell a full POS setup.

Contacted Square Australia in Melbourne five-time and they promised me to get a call back from the sales team which never happened.

Filled in the Reseller form couple of times with all my details and complaint at the headquarters in San Francisco about the Australian service. Nothing.

My question is, am I doing something wrong or is Square just not the right product. If they are so unreliable I'm asking myself if I want to offer their product to my customers.

Did you submit a form via the Square Solutions Partner Program page here? We require a bit of information about which platforms you develop on, and the type of solutions you offer.
