They clearly are not interested in loaning. &nbsp;We have had several loans and had just about paid off the latest $41k loan and did so in under 7 months. To expedite things I made the mistake of pre paying $7k of it. &nbsp;This did get a loan offer to which all of a sudden it appears to be taking longer than normal. &nbsp;We were then denied for “cash advancing”. &nbsp;Total crap that basically means they are not interested in lending at the moment. &nbsp;I’m guessing they are having some cash flow issues why else would you pass up the opportunity to squeeze 17% plus out of a client?
