How to get funds released.

Square has held over 50k for review for over 6 months. I have called countless times and keep getting the "someone will call you back within 24 hours" and no one ever does. When I try to transfer the funds the system denies the transfer and says to contact customer support. Any ideas how I can get this money released?? This is crazy. Thanks!
