      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon. I have recently received an email from customer support regarding my account and in particular startup. I am still a bit confused on where to find the required support query. Due to this I am still a little puzzled as to the time I am spending actually online instead of working.&amp;nbsp; So I guess the question I ask is. Can customer support be more precise on what is required from the account holder in order to save any unnecessary loss of time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
