Square Dashboard turned into Nothing to Manage and account unable to see any Dashboard data

"You have nothing to manage" shown when we want to check on our sales data.

We have received email saying someone will get in touch with us within 1-3 working days. However, we not receive anything yet after 2 weeks.

Is it passible to retrive our data?

Besides, we couldn't post anything with previous account.
